Clear information about dispatch, checkout and what to do if there is a problem with an order.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours. Khyber Rolls delivers across Pakistan in plain packaging. Available courier options, delivery estimates and charges are shown during checkout and may vary by destination.

Payment methods

Use the payment methods currently offered at checkout, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, bank transfer or cash on delivery when available for your order. A store wallet or outstanding-balance payment option is not available yet; only submit payment through an option shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Under the store’s policy, we do not offer discretionary returns or refunds. This policy does not exclude or reduce any rights or remedies that apply under consumer-protection law. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can review the issue.
